Prices for the book are as follows;
Standard Edition - 100 copies - £100 plus p&p - numbered 1 to 100
Deluxe Edition - 26 copies - £160 plus p&p - lettered A to Z and as the standard edition but enclosed in a slipcase. Please note that the Deluxe edition is now sold out.
Presentation Edition - 8 copies - £550 plus p&p - numbered I to VIII, fully leather bound, enclosed in a Solander box and with one of Sarah's prints, signed by both Michael and Sarah, on a handmade paper. Please note that the Presentation edition is now sold out.
All the books are signed by both Michael and Sarah.
