 Simon Armitage was commissioned by Sheffield's 'Off the Shelf Festival of Words' to write a piece to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of The Peak District as a National Park.

The 70 numbered 'Notices', maybe think of them as aphorisms, in the publication are complemented by a wood engraving of 'The Boxing Gloves' at Kinder Scout by David Robertson. The engraving appears as a frontispiece to the publication.

The publication will be launched at an event in Sheffield on 31st October 2021.

The edition will consist of;

26 quarter leather copies lettered A - Z and housed in a slipcase at £125 plus p&p - this version is now sold out
50 quarter leather copies numbered 1 - 50 at £75 plus p&p

100 copies in Tiziano numbered 51 - 150 at £30 plus p&p
